How we scope projects

No hourly billing. No fantasies

We don’t publish package prices, custom software isn’t a menu. Here’s the process we use to get to a number you can commit to.

01

Discovery

A conversation, not a form.

We sit with you and map the real problem: what you're building, who it's for, what has to ship first, and what can wait. No NDA gymnastics. If it's not a fit, we say so here, before anyone signs anything.

02

Scope & fixed price

One number, no hourly surprises.

From discovery we write a concrete scope and quote a fixed price for the engagement. You get a real timeline, a real deliverable list, and a real budget, not a range that grows by 40% mid-project.

03

Build

Weekly updates, direct access.

You work with the engineer, not a PM layer. Weekly written progress, a live staging environment from day one, and your questions answered the same day, not queued behind a ticketing system.

04

Launch & retainer

Support that actually supports.

Every build ships with a 60-day bug-fix warranty. Beyond that, we offer flexible retainers sized to your pace: feature work, infrastructure management, incident response, scaled up or down monthly.

Frequently asked

Common questions

Do you offer fixed-price projects?
Yes. Once discovery is complete and we agree on scope, we quote a fixed price for the entire engagement. No hourly billing surprises.
What about ongoing work after launch?
Flexible retainer agreements for maintenance, feature development, and infrastructure management, scaled to your needs, adjustable month to month.
How do you handle scope changes?
Transparently. If requirements evolve, we discuss the impact on timeline and budget before any work begins. Every change is documented and agreed upon.
What is the typical investment range?
Projects typically range from a few thousand euros for focused builds to larger investments for full-scale platforms. The best way to get a real figure is to tell us what you need.
