Terms of Service

By accessing or using the services provided by JM Systems (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

JM Systems provides software development, web platform engineering, cloud infrastructure, security & DevOps, and the Veyra AI lead-finder product. Specific scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined in individual project agreements or statements of work.

• Provide accurate, complete information necessary for delivery.
• Respond to communications and review requests in a timely manner.
• Ensure that provided content does not infringe third-party rights.
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule.

Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of all custom code and deliverables created specifically for their project, unless otherwise stated in writing. JM Systems retains rights to general tools, frameworks, and reusable components developed during the engagement.

Payment terms are defined in the project agreement. Unless otherwise specified, invoices are due within 15 days of issuance. Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.

All deliverables include a 60-day warranty period for bug fixes after project completion. Beyond this, JM Systems shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

Either party may terminate an engagement with 14 days written notice. The client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. Work-in-progress will be delivered as-is.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Portugal.
